    The iconic 11.5m saltwater pool with sun loungers, a 4-person sun bed, and a garden-inspired outdoor shower.

    • Private airport transfer (Lisbon – Casa Thala)
    • Chauffeur service (Mercedes V-Class)
    • Private chef - Mediterranean, sushi, or custom menus
    • Bartender for intimate dinners or events
    • Breakfast delivery with local ingredients
    • Babysitting for families
    • Local experiences: horse riding on the beach, private yacht, boat rides on the Sado River, Buggy tour, restaurant reservations, beach sun-bed reservation and much more.

    All services must be arranged in advance to ensure availability.

  • Casa Thala welcomes up to 6 adults, plus 2 (sofa bed in the living room) and up to 3 infants (cribs available on request) — ideal for luxury family holidays and group stays.

  • For each suite, we feature a private fully equipped bathroom + an outdoor support bathroom.

  • The private property is accessed through an automatic gate with a security code and is monitored by cameras.
    On-site private parking is available directly on your villa for your convenience.

  • Casa Thala is fully equipped to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable. We provide:

    • Essential hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, towels etc.)

    • Two vintage bicycles to explore the surroundings

    • Charcoal forthe BBQ

    • A welcome gift with curated food & drinks to begin your stay on a special note.

  • Important infos and conditions:

    - We can’t receive pets.

    - The pool temperature changes on weather conditions: (Winter 24-30 Celsius / 75-86 Fahrenheit)

    - Quiet time starts at 10pm / 22H00.

    - Pit fire is always prohibited, especially during hot season.

    - Pool is private and non-guarded, children are at the responsibility of adults.

    - Casa Thala is fully private, but inside our farm Monte dos Rolas, we have our other properties at 150m.

    - There’s a road outside the farm at 300m that has traffic, sometimes can have a light noise.

    - The house has an hot water pump of 300 liters per hour.

    - Farms and Alentejo’s nature naturally has insects and other animals like birds, rabbits and so on.

    - Outside pillows and pool beds are hidden during Autumn and Winter because of the rain.

    Private events must be approved in advance.


    Commercial shoots, branded content, events, influencer campaigns, professional photography, video production, livestreams, or any paid/promotional activity are not allowed without prior written approval from Casa Thala.


    A refundable security deposit, simple rental contract signing and identification of guests or cars in the property may be required before check-in.

    Guests accept these conditions upon booking.
